Foosacklys background and history
As friends at Louisiana State University, Will Fusaiotti and Eric Brechtel co-founded Foosacklys. In 1995, Fusaiotti assisted his father in opening a Smoothie King in Mobile, Alabama. Foosacklys opened its first restaurant on April 28, 2000, in Mobile, named for Fusaiotti’s high school nickname. In a clean, friendly setting, we serve delicious food. A few of our specialties include chicken fingers, crinkle-cut fries, lemonades, teas, and salads. Our commitment to excellence requires us to build a strong company culture.
As a small team without a formal business plan, we grew through hard work and passion. Providing the best chicken and sauces in an organized environment is our focus. Fresh, never-frozen chicken and daily-made beverages are our top priorities. A fun atmosphere is maintained while exceeding customer expectations. With our genuine hospitality and personal service, we treat our patrons like family.
Foosackly’s is famous for its fried chicken tenders with dipping sauces. Also available are sandwiches, fries, coleslaw, and other classic Southern sides.
Chicken tenders at Foosackly’s are hand-battered and served with dipping sauces. In addition to Southern-inspired comfort food, they also serve salads, sandwiches, and fries. Foosackly’s prides itself on its fresh, flavorful food and exemplary service.
Our mission is to continuously seek improvements, aim to exceed customer expectations, and have fun throughout the process.
