La Nopal was founded in 1991 by a family of entrepreneurs in San Jose de la Paz, Jalisco. Espinosa Hernandez and her husband brought authentic San Luis Potos flavors to Delaware. Its name refers to the Mexican cactus Nopal, a symbol of identity and agriculture. We are passionate about Mexican food and pride ourselves on providing a true Mexican experience, embodying the saying “Más Mexicano que el Nopal.”.
