Dave Frisch opened his first restaurant, The Mainliner, in Cincinnati in 1939. In 1946, he introduced the famous Big Boy sandwich. Big Boy has grown into a prominent family-style dining chain in the Midwest. Today, they operate 96 restaurants and franchise 25 more. The iconic Big Boy statue is familiar in many locations. Their menu features craveable homemade foods, including onion rings and Hot Fudge Cake.
Customers can order anything from the menu at any time. The company currently has 121 locations across three states, employing 5,500 people. Jason became CEO in April 2016 and has over 25 years of restaurant experience. He is committed to maintaining the brand’s heritage and enhancing guest satisfaction.
