Ed Gieselman founded Jose Pepper’s in Overland Park, Kansas, in 1988. His goal was to raise the quality of Mexican food and service standards. All-natural signature margaritas and original Tex-Mex are offered on the menu. We offer delivery for all group sizes in a friendly, casual atmosphere. Pepper’s has 14 locations in Kansas City, Topeka, and East Wichita. Spaghetti with cheese and Pollo Magnifico are popular dishes made from scratch in their kitchens. Natural ingredients are used in the margaritas, including 100% agave tequila. Salsa and thin chips are complimentary for guests. In the restaurant, a fictional character named “Jose Pepper” inherits his mother’s Tex-Mex recipes. Tradition and flavor are part of the restaurant’s legacy.
