  • Optional: ½ tsp turmeric or curry powder for color and depth

  • Optional garnish: fresh parsley, lemon zest, or grated Parmesan


Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

  • In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil until fully coated.

  • Add garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss again to season evenly.

  • Spread the florets onto the baking sheet in a single layer—avoid overcrowding to ensure crisping.

Notes

For extra crispiness, use a very hot oven and don’t overcrowd the pan.
